Lexar Claims Five Red Dot Awards for Design Excellence
Referred as the “Oscars of Product Design”, the Red Dot Award is one of the most important design competitions in the world. Tracing their history back to 1995 in Essen, Germany, their purpose is to push the boundaries of innovation, functionality, and longevity in product design. There are roughly 50 categories of product in which submissions from prestigious consumer enterprises compete for awards in design excellence that are internationally recognized as some of the world’s most authoritative. With a particular focus on quality assurance, the competition adheres to strict standards of evaluation in the appearance and texture of products.
This year, a leading global brand of memory solution, took the Red Dot Awards by storm, with five out of its six total submissions winning prizes in their categories.
