1. Purpose of Event

The Event is intended to provide information about Lexar’s products, operations and strategy. Participation does not create any obligation to provide media coverage or content.

2. Editorial Independence

You retain full editorial control over any content you produce. Lexar does not require, request or influence coverage.

3. Sponsored Travel

Lexar may cover reasonable and bona fide travel-related expenses associated with the Event, including:

• Economy airfare
• Standard hotel accommodations
• Group meals and local transportation

No fees, honoraria or other compensation will be provided.

4. Expenses & Reimbursements

Where applicable, incidental expenses will be reimbursed only if reasonable and not excessive, in accordance with Lexar guidelines and may require receipts. Lexar reserves sole discretion to determine whether any expense will be reimbursed. Cash payments or cash equivalents will not be provided.

5. Disclosure

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and employer policies regarding disclosure of sponsored travel or benefits.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Follow all applicable laws and local regulations
• Comply with safety instructions and site rules
• Act professionally throughout the Event

7. Confidentiality & Site Restrictions

During facility tours or briefings, you may be asked to:

• Refrain from photography or video recording in designated areas, including all Longsys production lines (including Zhongshan and Longforce facilities)
• Respect confidentiality of non-public information
• Refrain from photographing, recording or disclosing any materials, visuals or information identified by Lexar as restricted, sensitive or not intended for public dissemination

8. Travel & Insurance

You are responsible for maintaining your own health and travel insurance. Any insurance provided by Lexar is supplemental and subject to applicable terms.

9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in international travel and related activities involves inherent risks and agree to assume such risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexar is not liable for any loss, injury or delay arising from participation in the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Eligibility

State or federal government employees are not eligible to participate in the Event.

12. No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Event does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship with Lexar.

13. Acceptance

By confirming your participation, you agree to these terms.
