Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the development of product roadmaps, understand, and communicate.
- The impact on customers of scheduled new product launches, features, and enhancement releases.
- Assist in tracking milestones and coordination on new product launches to ensure they are launch on time, prepare product launch communications, and provide guidance on the press release publications.
- Align on marketing content and assets needed for New Product Introductions and drive outbound communication to larger teams to align on key dates and deadlines, including set-up lead time requirements and plan-o-gram cut-offs.
- Work in coordination with the PM, marketing, and engineering organizations to own the product positioning, messaging, and developing marketing collaterals including presentations, training materials, presentations for customers, and all other go-to-market materials for the entire Lexar brand.
- Drive supporting aspects, including forecasting, allocation input, samples, Marcom assets, etc.
- Conduct market research, pricing, competitive analysis/trends, and new product development. Act as an advisor to sales and be the key resource in interacting with engineering, product management, and marketing groups within Lexar.
- Develop marketing messaging, collateral, sales tools, and digital and printed assets.
- Collaborate with Product, Web, Design, and Channel Marketing teams to help drive marketing content and assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years of experience in marketing
- Self-starter and motivated, extremely organized with good attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Effectively multi-task multiple projects at one time and accountable
- Expert organizational, program management, and follow-up skills
- Successfully communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of management, extended teams, and partners
- Speaking and writing in Mandarin is a plus
- Approximately 30% travel
